Report your actual assessment and certification status
The December 2025 reminder asks for accurate information about self-assessment completion and CMMC certification status. TRIUMPH says this information helps prevent potential delays in contract awards. The request is for status reporting; it does not establish a single certification level or a fixed certification deadline for every supplier.
Recognize the survey and contact your buyer
Survey emails use the display name Triumph Group SCM Compliance and the sender triumphgroup@suppliersoft.com. Suppliers that received but have not completed the survey are asked to respond through the SupplierSoft request. Questions go to the supplier’s TRIUMPH supply chain representative.
